Training process diagnostic
Map your organization’s training process, from collecting needs to evaluation and archiving: SIPOC framing, stakeholders, AS-IS workflows drawn in BPMN 2.0 as you type, findings rated by likelihood and impact, improvement leads and candidate automations, a quality check, then a Word or PDF report with contents, diagrams and a roadmap. The file can be saved and reopened later.
The data you enter stays in your browser; save the file (.json) to keep it. While a blocking point remains, the report is marked « Version provisoire » (draft).
