The site is free to access. We may suspend or change it, in particular for maintenance or security, without this giving rise to compensation.

To protect the site, sending a form goes through a bot check and the number of submissions is limited.

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information in forms and in your account.
• Do not harm the operation or security of the site (unauthorized penetration testing, automated submissions, bypassing protections).
• Do not upload unlawful or misleading content, or content belonging to a third party without consent (including in CVs and job offers).
• Keep your credentials confidential. Any action taken with them is deemed to be yours.

Self-assessment tools, simulators (including the payroll simulator) and the assistant give indicative results, computed from your inputs and public assumptions. They are not legal, tax or employment advice, nor a commitment by NAITECH Consult.

For any decision, rely on a diagnosis or a written proposal from our consultants.

Creating a consultant account is neither a contract nor a promise of an assignment. We may refuse, suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Training evaluation questionnaires are accessed with the credentials given by the trainer, for that session only.

Our consulting, training and support engagements are governed by the proposal or agreement signed with each client. Information published on the site is not a contractual offer.

The text, logos, brochures, tools and graphics on the site belong to NAITECH Consult or to their owners. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited. Client and partner logos remain their owners’ property.

The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

We take care that published information is accurate, without being able to guarantee it is complete or up to date at all times. We cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use of the site, nor for interruptions due to maintenance, a third party or force majeure.

If you find a vulnerability, write to naitech@naitechconsult.com without exploiting or disclosing it, so we can fix it. Our disclosure policy is in /.well-known/security.txt.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute we first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts of Rabat have sole jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.

We may change these terms. The applicable version is the one published on the site on the date of your visit.
