Our thesis

Three convictions that decide how we work.

A consulting firm without a stated position is a supplier of documents. Here is ours, so you can judge before signing.

  1. A report that does not change a practice has produced nothing.

We are judged on what remains in place six months after the mission ends: an updated framework, a manager conducting a proper appraisal, a committee that meets. Not on the number of pages delivered.

  2. Competence is measured, not declared.

Headcount sizing, workload, training effects, internal pay equity: each of these can be calculated. Where a figure is possible, we produce it — and we show the method so it can be challenged.

  3. Artificial intelligence shifts the cost of analysis, not the responsibility for the decision.

A machine can sort applications, draft a framework, model a scenario. It cannot carry the consequences of a promotion refused or a restructuring announced. That is where a consultant is still worth paying for.

Our practices

Six practices, one team

Human capital, training, organization, governance, compliance and data & AI — delivered by the same team, to the same method.

Human capital & HR

Workforce planning · Frameworks · Appraisal · HRIS

Structure the HR function so that it steers rather than administers. We build the frameworks, measurement tools and processes that allow decisions to rest on facts rather than impressions.

Training engineering

Master plan · Programs · Evaluation

From the analysis of the real need to the measurement of its effect on the job. We design programs that produce observable change, not sessions to tick off an annual plan.

Management consulting

Processes · Change · Risk · Service quality

Rethink structure, processes and roles to remove the actual blockages. We work with the teams concerned, never above them: a reorganization designed behind closed doors does not survive its first quarter.

Local governance

Local authorities · PPP · Procurement · Territories

NAITECH Consult supports local authorities and the devolved services of the State in implementing the new generation of integrated development models, in line with the Kingdom’s strategic orientations on advanced regionalization, administrative devolution and the modernization of public management.

Social, legal & labor-relations compliance

Employment law · Social dialogue · Audit

Secure the employment relationship and the social climate before litigation arises. A legal reading applied to real situations in the business, not a commentary on the code.

Governance of artificial intelligence

Dashboards · Simulators · AI governance

Our method

How an engagement runs

Needs analysis

A diagnostic of the situation, the stakes and the skills gaps, carried out with your teams rather than at a distance.

Program design

Designing the instrument: competency frameworks, training plans, procedures or a master plan, according to what the engagement calls for.

Delivery

Facilitation, rollout and skills transfer, on site or remotely, in French or in English.

Follow-through

Post-engagement support and help embedding what was learned, until the program stands without us.

NAITECH Academy

The training catalog, filterable and current.

16 streams, delivered in person, remotely or as blended programs. Every course is designed from a competency framework and evaluated both immediately and after several months.

AI charter

How this firm uses artificial intelligence — and where it stops.

Most firms now use these tools without saying so. We prefer to state the rules, because you are entitled to know what produced the document you are paying for.

Why here

A public commitment can be held against us. That is precisely its purpose.

  1. No client data in public tools

Payroll files, appraisals, resumes and internal documents are never submitted to a general-purpose service. Analysis is carried out on our own systems.

  2. A human signs

No deliverable leaves the firm without having been verified line by line by the consultant who signs it. The signature carries the liability.

  3. No automated decision about a person

Recruitment, appraisal, promotion, dismissal: a machine may prepare the material, it never issues the decision. Article 10 of Law 09-08 protects this right.

  4. Method stated on request

For any deliverable, we state which parts were machine-assisted and how they were checked. Ask, and you will be told.

  5. We train you to challenge it

Every AI-related assignment includes a session on the limits and biases of these tools, so your teams can question an output rather than accept it.

The firm

The administrative file, published rather than requested.

What a public buyer checks before reading a single page of a technical proposal. Published here so that it never has to be requested.

Why publish this

Most competing firms keep these details in a PDF sent on request. Making them visible removes a step from the buyer's process — and signals that nothing is being avoided.

Before writing to us

Six questions we are asked before every engagement.

Do you respond to public tenders?

Yes, and it is a large share of our work. Complete administrative file, sector references with contact details of the awarding bodies, and technical proposals written against the specification rather than around it.

What is your response time?

Acknowledgment within 48 working hours. A methodological note and a financial proposal within 5 to 10 days, depending on the complexity of the specification. If the deadline is shorter, say so — we will tell you honestly whether we can hold it.

How much does an engagement cost?

It depends on the number of consultant-days, not on the size of your organization. We state the daily rate, the number of days per stage and what each stage produces. A framing consultation costs nothing and is often enough to tell whether a full engagement is warranted.

Do you work outside Morocco?

Yes, mainly in West Africa, alone or alongside cooperation agencies and donors. Engagements are conducted in French, and deliverables can be produced in English.

How is confidentiality guaranteed?

A mutual confidentiality agreement is signed before any document is exchanged. Payroll files, appraisals and internal documents are processed on our own systems, never submitted to a public tool, and destroyed at the end of the agreed retention period.

Is artificial intelligence used in your deliverables?

For analysis and formatting, yes. For decisions, never. Our five commitments are set out in the AI charter, and we state on request which parts of a deliverable were machine-assisted and how they were checked.

Let's talk about your organization.

A first conversation, with no commitment, to frame your need and establish whether we are the right firm to meet it.
