Group dynamics (SYMLOG approach)
Each member rates their colleagues’ behaviour and their own on 26 behaviours. The tool draws the group map, its cohesion, its tensions and the gap to the most effective way of working, then proposes individual and team actions. Answers can be collected remotely, each member replying on their own device.
Inspired by Robert F. Bales’s theory of group observation, with original descriptors by NAITECH Consult. This is not the official SYMLOG® questionnaire (a trademark of SYMLOG Consulting Group). Results serve team development, never sanction or selection.
