Evaluate a program or project end to end: the soundness of its strategy and theory of change, the quality of its objectives (SMART) and indicators (CREAM), the targets reached and budget efficiency, following results-based management and the performance logic of the Moroccan budget law (LOLF). The global score and the profile of the five dimensions are free; the full report, reviewed by a consultant, is ordered on this page.
The score is indicative: it depends on the quality of the data entered. The built-in example (a youth employment program) uses fictitious data.
